The Board of Directors of both Advanced Agri-Solutions Co-op, Inc. and Southwest Landmark, Inc. voted unanimously at their September 2009 Board meetings to bring the consolidation proposal to a vote of the membership in February 2010.

Both Boards request your support on our consolidation recommendation of these highly complimentary businesses. Our discussions and analysis over the past months have only confirmed that our membership would be better served through consolidation than to remain as separate organizations. The Boards of Directors of both organizations believe that a positive vote for the consolidation will strategically position the new organization for success well into the future.
