| Southwest Landmark Inc.'s 10-member Board of Directors is voted upon by more than 1,800 voting cooperative members. All of the board members are actively engaged in farming. The Board selects and oversees the CEO (who is an ex-officio member of the Board), sets company policy, and monitors the financial aspects of the company. The board helps to ensure the cooperative acts as a responsible steward of its members’ investments and remains solvent.
